Role: HEDIS® Data Informatics and Analytics Consultant
Location: Remote (1099 Contract)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a HEDIS® Data Informatics and Analytics Consultant for a remote, 1099 contract position. This role focuses on designing and implementing data-driven solutions for HEDIS® and Medicare Advantage Stars reporting. The position requires expertise in data analytics to assess performance, identify gaps, and guide data transformation processes to improve quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute data analytics models and dashboards to monitor HEDIS® performance.
– Perform ETL processes, data mapping, and validation for HEDIS® measures and regulatory submissions.
– Analyze data trends to uncover opportunities for improvement in quality ratings and reporting systems.
– Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data integration and compliance with CMS and NCQA standards.
– Provide insights and strategic recommendations to optimize Stars and Value-Based (VB) contracts.

Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools for data analysis.
– Familiarity with FHIR®2 APIs, HL7, and health IT interoperability standards.
– 3+ years of hands-on experience in HEDIS® data modeling, reporting, and compliance audits.
– Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.

Role: HEDIS® Nurse Abstractor
Location: Remote (1099 Contract)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a HEDIS® Nurse Abstractor for a remote, 1099 contract position. This role is ideal for nurses or clinical professionals experienced in HEDIS® abstraction and medical record reviews (MRR). The position focuses on chart abstraction, data validation, and ensuring compliance with HEDIS® standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

– 10+ years of experience managing remote teams and leading healthcare quality improvement programs.

– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced use of tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

Role: Healthcare Quality Measure and Policy Consultant
Location: Remote (1099 Contract)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Measure and Policy Consultant for a remote, 1099 contract position. This role supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality measures, focusing on eCQMs, value-based care, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
– Research and interpret quality measurement policies and regulatory standards (e.g., NCQA, CMS, ASTP).
– Develop and maintain measure specifications for potential CBE endorsement.
– Support measure development initiatives, including FHIR-based clinical measures and digital quality transformation.
– Analyze and interpret healthcare data trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
– Collaborate with clients to create strategies for Stars optimization and policy alignment.
– Track and analyze regulatory changes to recommend process adjustments and compliance strategies.

Qualifications:
– Advanced degree, in Public Health, Health Policy, Data Analytics, Social Science, related fields, or equivalent experience.
– 5+ years of experience with NCQA, CMS, HEDIS®, eCQMs, and value-based care models.
– Strong understanding of measure development, compliance frameworks, and policy implementation strategies.
– Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization platforms.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies.
